Scientifically known as Alocasia 'Nebula', a stunning and exotic plant that belongs to the Alocasia genus. It is a hybrid variety, resulting from the crossbreeding of various Alocasia species.

The Alocasia Nebula is highly sought after by plant enthusiasts due to its unique and vibrant foliage, making it a perfect addition to any indoor plant collection.

Alocasia Nebula is characterized by its large, arrowhead-shaped leaves, which can grow up to 2 feet long and 1 foot wide. The leaves have a velvety texture and display a mesmerizing combination of colors, including shades of green, silver, purple, and sometimes even hints of pink. The veins on the leaves are often contrasting and can vary in color from white to dark purple. The plant itself can reach a height of around 2-3 feet, making it a medium-sized plant.

Lighting:

Alocasia Nebula thrives in bright indirect light. Place it near a window where it can receive filtered sunlight. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can scorch the leaves. Insufficient light may result in stunted growth and loss of color vibrancy.

Watering:

Water the Alocasia Nebula thoroughly when the top inch of the soil feels dry. Ensure proper drainage to prevent waterlogging, as it can lead to root rot. It is better to underwater than overwater, as the plant is susceptible to root rot. Adjust the watering frequency based on the humidity levels and the season. Bottom watering is highly recommended.

Note: When purchasing plants please consider that each live item is unique and may therefore differ from the images shown, which are for illustration purposes only. Depending on season, some plants may be pruned back to encourage growth and deciduous plants may arrive without leaves. Collections or 'mixed' listings for plants will be selected dependant on availability and carefully hand-picked to ensure their quality.
