A fantastic and unique species of cactus. This plant is native to the arid regions of South America where it grows as a low, clumping succulent with thick, tubular leaves giving it a striking look. The Monkey Tail Cactus is used to tough conditions with minimal water and hot, dry air, meaning it requires low maintenance at home.
*Pot size 5.5cm. Non toxic to pets (but very sharp).*
Watering
This plant likes it's soil to be completely dry between waters. In the hotter months, water semi-regularly but always ensure soil is completely dry before doing so. In the dormant, colder seasons, reduce watering greatly.
Lighting
Bright, indirect sunlight is best for this plant. It can tolerate direct sunlight but may scorch during peak Summer, move it away from a window to prevent this.
