Mammillaria elongata / 'Ladyfinger Cactus'

A wonderfully easy to care for houseplant admired for its towering central stem surrounded by smaller stems in a sort of cactus rosette.

This cactus is native to central Mexico where it occurs at altitudes from 1,350 to 2,400 metres above sea level.

Watering

Dependent on home conditions, pot size and season. Allow to dry completely between waters, reducing schedule significantly during the colder months.

Lighting

Full sun or partial shade, needs ~6 hours of full sun per day.
