A particularly eye catching fern with unique foliage, native to the rainforests of Australia and Southeast Asia. They make fascinating additions to any houseplant collection, especially when the fronds get large enough to start trailing.

*Pot size: 15cm. Toxic to pets,*

Watering

Grow staghorn fern in a humid, draught-free environment such as a bathroom. Mist regularly and water weekly with rainwater. Take care not to overwater this plant to prevent root rot.

Lighting

Filtered/indirect light is best, a bright spot but away from direct sunlight.

Did you know?

Fern leaves are known as fronds and the Staghorn fern has two types of fronds – antler and the shield. Antler fronds grow up to 90cm long, are usually branched and are reminiscent of deer antlers (hence its common name).

Note: When purchasing plants please consider that each live item is unique and may therefore differ from the images shown, which are for illustration purposes only. Depending on season, some plants may be pruned back to encourage growth and deciduous plants may arrive without leaves. Collections or 'mixed' listings for plants will be selected dependant on availability and carefully hand-picked to ensure their quality.
