Watering

This plant prefers slightly moist but not soggy soil. During the summer months, watering once a week will be ideal and during the cooler months, watering will need to be reduced. 

Lighting

Strelitizia nicolai thrives in bright, indirect sunlight. A relatively sunny spot will work well for this plant.
