Syngoniums are a large group of tropical plants that have become extremely popular as houseplants, both for their range of patterns and colours, and for the fact they’re extremely easy to grow. This variety, syngonium Golden In Feel Green, has lovely lime green and cream variegation.

Like all syngoniums, this plant is technically a vine. It can be kept small and bushy with regular trimming, but if you let it grow its stems will start to dangle. In the wild, mostly across Latin America, as well as some hotter states in the USA, you’ll find it climbing up trees, showing off its handsome leaves.

Those leaves undergo a transformation as they grow. Initially, they’re a cute heart shape. As they mature, they turn arrow-shaped, hence the plant’s name.

She will manage in light shade, but will grow best somewhere that’s bright but out of the harsh glare of direct sun.

Did you know?

Another common name for this plant is ‘goosefoot’. We’re not sure its leaves look especially goose-y, but it sure is a cheering name.

Depending on season, some plants may be pruned back to encourage growth and deciduous plants may arrive without leaves. Collections or 'mixed' listings for plants will be selected dependant on availability and carefully hand-picked to ensure their quality.
